U.S. SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES
Our current processing time is 1-2 business days. Our default method of shipping is USPS First Class Mail, which takes approximately 3-4 business days to deliver within the USA.

- USPS Priority Shipping arrives in an estimated 1-3 business days
- USPS Express Shipping arrives in 1-2 business days guaranteed
UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS
If we receive an undelivered item back to our warehouse, we will go ahead and issue you a refund for the item minus any shipping charges. If you would still like the item please reach out to us as soon as you realize the tracking has been rerouted back to us and we can work together to resolve this issue.
RETURNS
Urbanmod.co will gladly accept returns of product(s) purchased from www.urbanmod.co.
- To qualify for a return, all items must be unworn/unwashed and returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- All items must be returned in the original packaging.
- Urbanmod.co covers the cost of a return if you would like a store credit or if you would like to exchange an item. If you are requesting a refund, the cost of the return will be automatically subtracted from the total amount of the refund.
- Once the item(s) for return is received and reviewed, you will be emailed. We will issue you a refund for the amount of the total purchase in the original payment form.
- Non-Refundable Items: Gift Cards, Clothing that has been worn, soiled or stained.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
