WHERE DO YOUR ITEMS SHIP FROM?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Minnesota. Most orders ship within 3-4 days, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

CAN AN ORDER BE CHANGED?
We are unable to change an order once it’s been placed, as our shipping team begins to prepare your order as soon as we receive it. We're happy to help you process a return. 

CAN AN ORDER BE CANCELLED?
Due to the large volume of orders we process on a daily basis, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to catch your order to cancel it before it ships out.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Urbnamod.co will gladly accept returns of product(s) purchased from www.urbanmod.co. Please head to our Shipping & Returns to see if you qualify for a return.

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?
Yes. If you need a different size, color, etc. please email us at hello@urbanmod.co with your full name, order number, the item you would like to exchange, and what you would like to exchange it for.

CAN I USE A COUPON CODE?
Yes! All coupon codes must be used at checkout and only one coupon code can be used per transaction.
